Having personally experienced chronic pain myself and also living with someone with 2 chronic illnesses, I understand the devastating impact that these conditions can have on not just your life, but the life of those around you. This has led to a passion for wanting to help those with chronic illnesses and pain to lead a more active, energetic, and fulfilling life.

Biography
I am a certified Exercise Referral Practitioner. I am qualified to assess, coach and help people with chronic illnesses and chronic pain, to improve and better manage their conditions, reduce the risk of developing addition health conditions, reduce the reliance on medication, become healthier, fitter, more active, and increase energy levels.
Over the years I have specialised in Chronic Health Conditions and Chronic Pain, and have studied to gain NHS recognised Exercise Referral certification.
